The Botanic Gardens of Wales are in Llanarthne, Carmarthen

I just popped down Friday night to spend Saturday with Vaughan and Rivers.  The weather forecast suggested that this would be the driest day of the weekend, but I think the weather front came in early.  Despite the persistent on and off showers the footfall was steady, and we put on several shows throughout the day.  Even managed to get through all my powder.

It was a pity it was late in the season and the weather was not at its best, otherwise I think the gardens would have been heaving and it would have been a great opportunity for a bit of audience participation.

Vaughan’s are looking to make this a bigger event next time so keep your eyes on the muster list.
